Terms + Conditions


Credit Cards:  We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. You will be required to provide a valid credit card number at the time of your reservation, so that we may charge the Deposit (defined below) to your credit card in order to hold your reservation.  Please contact us if you would like to pay by a method other than by credit card.  By providing us your credit card number, you acknowledge that you have read and understand the terms on this page.  Further, you authorize us to make further charges to your credit card only as strictly necessary in accordance with the terms on this page. 

Deposit: A deposit equal to 50% of the total cost of your stay is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be due at check-in. Please note we are required by law to add the applicable hotel tax and sales tax to your total amount due.  Your deposit shall only be refundable as provided by the terms on this page (see No Shows and Cancellations, below). 

No Shows: In the event that you do not show up on your date of check-in and you have not contacted us to cancel or alter your plans, the total cost of your stay will be charged to your credit card on file. 

Cancellations:  If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours prior to 11:00 a.m. on your check-in date, your deposit shall be fully refunded to your credit card and you will not be charged for any part of the cancelled stay.  If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours prior to 11:00 a.m. on your check-in date, your deposit shall be forfeited, and we will not refund any portion of your deposit to you.  

Refunds:  Pursuant to the terms on this page, any refunds due to you will be made by the same manner in which you paid your deposit.

** Note: Once we receive your credit card information, you are booked and confirmed and all cancellation policies shall immediately apply. This applies to online bookings, emailed bookings and verbal bookings taken by our customer service representatives over the telephone. **

Check-in:  2:00 pm; Check-out: 11:00 a.m.: We will do our best to accommodate early or late check-ins at our sole discretion, but we cannot guarantee that your room will be available prior to check-in time on your date of arrival.  In no event shall guests be permitted to stay past 11:00 a.m. on the date of check-out, unless you have made alternate arrangements with our staff. 

Additional Charges: By providing Wild Arrow Ranch with your credit card information, you agree to pay on demand, and authorize your credit card payment for, (i) any incidental services purchased by you or your party during your stay at Wild Arrow Ranch and not paid for by the time of check-in, and (ii) any damages to the premises (excluding normal wear & tear) caused by you or members of your party.   Additional fees may also be charged after your departure for extra cleaning or damages to the premises. 

Items Left Behind:  While we reasonably endeavor to work with our guests to return any property left behind after staying with us, Wild Arrow Ranch, LLC, cannot be held responsible for your property during your stay or after your departure.  You are solely responsible for safekeeping and custody of all of your valuables, personal belongings, and other property at all times. 

 Pet Policy: With the exception of registered service animals, no pets are permitted on Wild Arrow Ranch at any time.  Service animals will be required to have proper documentation upon check-in.  Any unauthorized pets will be cause for an immediate $200.00 fine plus applicable cleaning fees. 

 Environment:  Please be advised that Wild Arrow Ranch is in a rural environment with native wild animals. While Wild Arrow Ranch does not anticipate that guests will encounter dangerous wild animals, Wild Arrow cannot predict the behavior of wildlife; please exercise good sense and reasonable caution when observing wildlife.  DO NOT APPROACH OR FEED ANY ANIMALS.  Wild Arrow cannot and does not assume any responsibility for any guest’s encounters with wildlife.

 Smoking Policy: There is NO SMOKING permitted at Wild Arrow Ranch except in the designated smoking areas.   Any evidence of smoking outside the designated areas, such as ashes, butts, odors, or other residue, will result in a $300.00 fine. 

 Day Guests: Guests may not invite persons not staying in guest’s party to use the facilities of Wild Arrow Ranch.  No day guests are permitted and unregistered guests will be removed from the premises. 

 WAIVER OF LIABILITY: Guest and Guest’s invitees shall undertake all activities on Wild Arrow Ranch, LLC, at his/her own risk.  Wild Arrow Ranch, LLC, shall not be responsible for injuries or property damage to Guest or Guest’s invitees unless such injuries or property damage are directly caused by Wild Arrow Ranch, LLC’s gross negligence or intentional actions.  By entering the premises of Wild Arrow Ranch, it is agreed that all guests/invitees expressly assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. 

Safety and Children: Safety and security is the sole responsibility of the Guest and Guest’s invitees.  Wild Arrow makes no representation that the premises have been child-proofed or that all activities are child-appropriate.  Guest must supervise children and other invitees at all times, as Wild Arrow does not assume responsibility for security or safety of its visitors.
